Inbound calls for catalog sales.
Provide excellent customer service to retain and attract new customers.
Be available on the phones for 82% of the shift.
Rebuttal 3 times to show the value of the Membership program.
Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:
Call control and interpretation.
Ability to pitch sales for services and products.
Handle approximately 4 calls per hour, averaging 40 calls per day.
