Role Overview:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and expanding the footprint of Fruits & Vegetables (F&V) in the assigned Bangalore territory (Marathahalli, KR Puram & Whitefield). This role focuses on order booking, onboarding new retailers, maintaining relationships with existing accounts, ensuring timely cash collection, and monitoring market prices. The position plays a critical role in achieving sales targets, expanding distribution, and ensuring a competitive presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit wholesale markets (mandis), kirana shops, and vegetable retailers daily to secure orders and ensure product freshness.
- Expand the distribution network by onboarding new small-scale retailers and increasing market penetration.
- Ensure timely collection of cash from all assigned accounts.
- Monitor daily F&V price fluctuations and communicate changes to retailers to stay competitive.
