- Approach prospective customers and create orders.
- Promote our line cards to potential customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers by providing support, information, and guidance, and identify new potential customers.
- Manage and interpret customer requirements and resolve their problems.
- Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries.
- Support and control customer delivery, quality, and other related issues.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts and related reports.
- Responsible for the sales budget and achieving target sales.
- Interact with suppliers on a day-to-day basis.
- Review inventory and place orders as required.
