Sales Executive

Job Description

Responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence by developing new customers and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and workshops.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Develop new dealers and manage existing accounts
• Promote engine oils and related automotive products
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure timely collections and submit sales reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field
• 2–5 years of sales experience (automotive preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel
