We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales team at Marsh. This role will be based in Madrid (Paseo de la Castellana). This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through strategic actions such as outbound calls, on-site client visits and attendance at networking events.
- Collaborate with internal specialists to design high‑value proposals that address clients’ needs.
- Lead, together with the Account Manager, negotiation processes, contract preparation and deal closures, ensuring compliance with company policies and objectives.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the team’s growth.
- Stay up to date on our products and services and clearly communicate their value proposition to current and prospective clients.
