Responsibilities

• Continuous Improvement: Co‑lead projects aimed at improving sales processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing new strategies for optimization.
• Sales Operations: Ensure CRM data accuracy and timely updates; pursue regular initiatives to align our CRM with our ERP; provide the Marketing team with up‑to‑date sales insights, target lists, and contacts.
