Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the laboratory weighing and electrochemistry business in Singapore for specific segments.
- Manage entire sales cycle from pre sales discussion with customers to post sales support.
- Ability to support and respond efficiently to customer's requests for technical enquiries, quotations.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
- Continuous learning in product, technical knowledge and selling skills to provide premium service to customers.
- Fulfillment of sales related KPIs which include sales targets and visits targets.
- Use of CRM (SAP) for commercial quotation generation.
- Initiative activities and undertake duties necessary for the advancement of the business.
