About the Opportunity
- Act as the technical advisor during client discovery, solution design, and pre‑sales engagements
- Lead customer onboarding activities, including new client implementations, partner onboarding, and product rollouts
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to design and deliver client solutions
- Support architecture and integration discussions with customer technical teams
- Manage post‑sales activities, including issue resolution, customer reporting, performance monitoring, and ongoing account support
