This involves PROSPECTING and CONVERTING customers, NEGOTIATING CONTRACTS and DEVELOPING LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS with the customer. Success metrics can include Customer Satisfaction, Total Sales and Gross Margin within the current financial year.
Job Responsibilities
. Engage and develop relationships with new leads and existing customers by understanding their business model, activities, needs and requirements
. Create sales opportunities by proposing products and solutions to customers, including introducing new products and businesses
. Drive customer satisfaction, in conjunction with other departments, by ensuring on-time delivery of products and solutions and following up post-sales
