About the Role
We are looking for an Sales Engineer to support post-project estate management and drive the adoption of service contracts, digital subscriptions, and estate enhancement solutions. You will be the key liaison for MCST councils and Managing Agents, ensuring a smooth handover after project completion and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Estate Handover Management
- Coordinate estate handover from Project to Service team at the end of the DLP.
- Ensure all reports, documents, and commissioning details are completed.
- Conduct estate walkthroughs and obtain formal acceptance.
- Service & Maintenance Contracts
- Present and explain service contract proposals.
- Address queries, revise proposals, and track signing.
- Monitor contract expiry and initiate renewals.
- Hardware Solutions Promotion
