At Nomadic Drones we build autonomous drones that land and recharge on high-voltage power lines. Our drones sit on live 380kV lines today, harvest energy from the grid, and deliver continuous monitoring data to grid operators across Europe and America. As Sales Engineer you're at a customer site landing a drone on a 110kV line, then at the conference turning the demo into a scoped pilot. You're the reason our pipeline grows. We're looking for someone technical enough to earn a utility engineer's trust and social enough to enjoy spending hours with them. Expect to travel across Europe and occasionally further.
Tasks
You run live demos at customer sites, including flying drones onto power lines. You lead discovery conversations with utilities to surface the problems worth solving.
