- 2-4+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales (SaaS preferred).
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain platform architecture, integrations, APIs, and data methodology in clear terms.
- Exceptional presentation and demo skills with the ability to tailor messaging by role (CMO, Director of Social, Social Media Manager, etc.).
- Experience leading structured product trials.
- Ability to manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously.
- Comfortable flexing between enterprise complexity and mid-market velocity when required.
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.
