Sales Engineer - General Industry

Your role As a Sales Engineer - General Industry, your mission is to drive sustainable growth and market leadership across South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa by delivering innovative sales solutions, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding strategic market presence in the Industrial Segment. You will report to the General Manager of Industrial Technique Business Area. Your day-to-day Execute sales strategy and market penetration within rail and automation requirements of other segments in South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Understanding of each of the market segments operations is a requirement.
Achieve/exceed the annual sales target allocated for South Africa and specific countries within Sub-Saharan Africa.
Drive strategic market development for all sales channels, to increase market share and profitability throughout the Energy Segment.
Appoint, develop, and monitor progress of distribution partners.
