Job Title: Sales Engineer (Enterprise)
Location: Mississauga, Canada (Hybrid)
Sales Engineers are responsible for satisfying the needs of new and existing customers in an effort to maximize their experience with SOTI products. This includes providing technical support, revenue generation in add‑on sales and professional service training, and following up on pre‑sales cases as needed. This position demands a high level of customer service through all interactions as a SOTI representative.
What You Will Do
- Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling with clients and prospects, presenting a warm, professional, well‑spoken, and caring persona as an effective representative of SOTI.
- Provide email and telephone‑based pre‑sales technical support for our software products.
