WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Manage and develop customers with focus on big installers, house builders, wholesalers, and distributors, with accordance to the sales strategy to achieve the business plan.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal and external partners.
  • Support the process and provide information, as well as suggestions for improvement on sales forecasting, sales mix, and sales budget.
  • Develop new customers, accounts and projects with accordance to the business plan for the assigned sales area.
  • Propose and realize all necessary activities to achieve the sales targets in cooperation with internal and external partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the spec team and KA team in order to ensure that their specifications are sold successfully.
  • Feedback the market information (product/price/channel/projects) to the management on a regular basis and create corresponding reports if requested.
