What you'll do
- Diagnose and consult: partner with BD and CSM managers to get to the root of performance gaps — distinguishing knowledge, skill, process, and motivation — and design targeted solutions rather than one-size-fits-all fixes.
- Own onboarding and ramp: architect the end-to-end journey for GTM new hires, anchored to a clear time-to-productivity measure.
