As the Sales Enablement & Onboarding Manager, you will design, implement, and scale enablement programs to accelerate the productivity of our revenue organization. You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to build onboarding journeys, training curricula, and enablement assets.
Location
Bogotá, Colombia. Full‑time hybrid; requires office presence 2‑3 days per week in Parque de la 93.
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding for new sales hires (SDRs, AEs, and other GTM roles) from first week through ramp.
- Design and deliver ongoing regular sales trainings and enablement across product, process, messaging, and sales methodology.
- Create and maintain core enablement assets (playbooks, decks, battlecards, scripts).
