Job Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and expand the Indonesia sales team to achieve company growth targets.
- Recruit, train, and monitor Business Development Managers (BDMs) and sales members.
- Drive team performance in terms of: FTD acquisition IB registrations Net deposit growth Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and client acquisition.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide guidance to improve team productivity and conversion.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, IBs, and business partners.
- Coordinate with Operations, Support, and Management teams to ensure smooth execution and communication.
- Prepare sales reports and provide performance updates to management.
- Support onboarding and development of new sales members.
- Ensure the sales team operates in line with company policies and business objectives.Requirements- Experience in Forex / CFD / financial sales industry is preferred.
