QLM Search is partnering with a leading specialist Ingredients group with a Sales Director (Europe) hire in a specialist B2B Ingredient category. The business is a fast growth leader in providing niche ingredient solutions to Food Groups.
Responsibilities
- Manages an existing book of €multi-million sales.
- Creates and drives the customer strategy to maximise sales growth.
- Builds world class partnerships with customer base.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Director experience with a focus on Europe and a development/commercial mindset.
- Understanding of working and building relationships with complex food groups from a B2B Ingredients background, ideally in food safety & preservation.
- Experience in B2B Ingredients specifically for bakery and meat categories.
