Operating manufacturing capabilities across Europe and the US, this group is building the infrastructure to compete and win. As Sales Director you will be the single coordination point for the group's most complex and strategic defence opportunities. Align multinational sales teams, enforce bidding discipline, and drive win rates on programmes.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales and business development across international defence ammunition markets, owning the group's commercial strategy in the sector
- Act as the single coordination point for complex, multi-entity tenders — ensuring one unified approach per customer, country, or opportunity
- Lead mandatory Go/No-Go decisions on all major bids, evaluating strategic fit, production capacity, margin, and probability of win
