The role:
Building and implementing strategies, policies, processes, and action plans for achieving all KPIs related to new Education projects of the company.Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in sales management at senior level in Bancassurance, or any fields with similar sales methods, with a team size of 100 headcounts above.A demonstrated excellent track record for sales achievement.Excellent customer service mindset; possess strong business acumenAbility to interact and influence senior management team membersAbility to sales trainingWhat we offer:
