Responsibilities

  • You lead a dedicated team of Solution Sales Specialists
  • Actively engaged in selling complex IT solutions yourself
  • Responsible for solutions in the domains: Networking, Multi‑Cloud, Security Services, Data Center Services, Modern Work / Collaboration and Workplace
  • Understand customers’ business needs and translate them into future‑oriented IT solutions
  • 60% of your time you lead and further develop the Solution Sales team
  • 40% of your time you invest in direct Solution Sales activities with our customers

Requirements

  • Degree (University/FH/Higher Vocational/EFZ) in Computer Science or Business Informatics or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in leading and selling IT services in the large‑enterprise segment with proven success in negotiations and contract closures
  • Strong knowledge of the IT solutions business in the Swiss B2B market...
