Reporting to the President of Hyundai Motor Italy (HMCI), the **Sales Director** will be responsible for delivering the annual sales volume, profitability and market share. You will provide exceptional leadership to the Sales team and as part of the Management Committee contribute directly to the overall success of HMCI.
**We want you to:**
* Full ownership of HMCI Sales to deliver profitability, market share, volume and overall market position across Italy.
* Provide exceptional leadership to an experienced sales team including Regional and District Sales Managers, Sales Operations, Fleet & Remarketing, Sales Planning and Logistics
