Sales Director (IT Knowledgeable Preferred)

We're looking for a dynamic Sales Director to lead and scale our sales function across IT hardware, CCTV/security, AV, and networking solutions — driving revenue growth across tender/institutional, channel/distributor, and enterprise/direct sales.

About the Role

The Sales Director will own the company's overall sales strategy and P&L responsibility for revenue targets, lead a multi-vertical sales team, and build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, system integrators, and key enterprise/government clients. This role reports directly to the CEO/Managing Director and plays a critical part in shaping business growth, market expansion, and profitability.
