As the Sales Director for Large Group Benefits, you’ll partner closely with a team of Account Executives to drive new business, strengthen advisor and customer relationships, and lead a high-performing sales environment. You’ll help shape quarterly regional plans, elevate escalated client matters, and guide your team through every step of the sales process, from request for proposal through finalist presentations and implementation support.
This is a people-leadership role with a business-development focus, built for someone who thrives on connection, negotiation, and turning opportunities into long-term wins.
