As part of the Greatway Financial Distribution Channel, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets within your specific territory. Collaborate closely with the Sales VP and Account Management team, developing strategic sales plans and ensuring advisors are well-supported. This role requires strong networking abilities to grow the advisor base and increase productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop annual sales plans aligned with regional objectives
• Support advisors with business planning and training
• Increase productivity among targeted advisor groups
• Conduct product presentations and workshops
• Network to identify and onboard new advisors
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years in financial services, particularly individual insurance
