Overall Objective
A dynamic and highly capable Director, Educational Development will work closely with the Senior Director, Educational Development to build and expand a highly successful business and focus clearly on the needs of clients. The ultimate objective is to deliver against sales targets and contribute to the year on year growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Business development through direct sales to a diversified client base, including the following:
- Achieve sales of circa CAD$ 750,000 by the end of Yr1 through selling existing AiCME services to Canadian pharmaceutical personnel.
- Achieve sales of circa CAD $1,500,000 by the end of Yr2.
- Work closely with the AiCME team to ensure effective coverage of key therapy areas.
