We’re a lean, founder-led team executing a focused customer acquisition push targeting independent physician clinics and small/community hospitals.

Compensation

₹5,000–₹8,000/month, based on experience

The Role

We’re running a structured 0-to-40-customer cold outreach campaign and need a detail-oriented operator to own the execution layer list building, sequence management, CRM hygiene, and reply triage so the founder can focus on demos and closing. This is not a strategy role; the playbook, infrastructure, and targets are already built. We need someone who can run it with precision.
