The role
As an SDR at RoverPass, you will be responsible for supporting the AE team with a portfolio of existing customers and recruiting new Campgrounds to join our platform. You will work to qualify leads, follow up on leads, upsell existing accounts and conduct product demonstrations, as well as collaborate with the Customer Success and Onboarding team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales support experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology-related industry in North America.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-starter mentality with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable with warm and cold-calling and conducting product demos.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
