Sales Development Representative (SDR)
The company is looking for motivated, resilient, and results-driven SDRs. The role involves generating qualified leads, building relationships with potential clients, and scheduling meetings that contribute to sales revenue.
Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, Linked In outreach)
Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers
Book qualified meetings for the Sales/Account Executive team
Maintain accurate CRM records and activity updates
CRM updates and documentation
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (SDR, BDR, call center, cold calling, outbound sales, EOR Industry or similar)
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, and Apollo. Strong understanding of outbound prospecting and sales processes
Advanced/fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
