NXTSTIM is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who resides outside of the United States. This person is responsible for high-volume outbound calling, daily activity reporting, and coordinating qualified sales meetings for NXTSTIM's senior sales team. This is a non-closing, inside-only role focused on pipeline development and calendar coordination across multiple U.S. time zones.
This position is execution-focused, metrics-driven, and process-oriented.
Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling & Lead Engagement
- Place daily outbound calls to healthcare providers and organizations using approved lead lists
- Follow approved call scripts and messaging
- Identify appropriate decision-makers and stakeholders
- Conduct basic qualification and route prospects to senior sales leadership
