The Inside Sales (ISS) organization partners with global marketing and sales teams to generate a customer pipeline and drive bookings from the inside.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for new customers and sell PTC solutions to new prospect accounts, focusing on B2B sales and global strategic accounts.
- Cross and upsell activities in strategic accounts.
- Grow pipeline and revenue across PTC’s proven Digital Transformation solutions portfolio.
- Execute on marketing-qualified leads and prospect in existing accounts as well as targeting new logos.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development.
- Conduct outbound calls to generate opportunities and set up meetings.
- Accurately record activities (calls, emails, demos) of leads within SFDC.
- Answer incoming calls and emails in relation to sales questions.
