We are seeking a Sales Development Representative based in our Milton Office to join the Sales Operations team. This role is fully onsite.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers.
- Assess inbound leads, evaluate needs and fit with ROCKWOOL products.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure high‑quality leads are passed to sales representatives.
- Initiate outreach via phone, email, or other channels to gather essential information.
- Accurately document lead interactions, insights, and qualification details in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Engage and nurture leads not ready for a salesperson, providing valuable information and periodic follow‑ups.
- Work with sales enablement, sales representatives and marketing to refine qualification criteria and optimize handoff.
- Track and report key metrics such as lead conversion rates and source performance.
