We are seeking a Sales Development Representative based in our Milton Office to join the Sales Operations team. This role is fully onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers.
  • Assess inbound leads, evaluate needs and fit with ROCKWOOL products.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure high‑quality leads are passed to sales representatives.
  • Initiate outreach via phone, email, or other channels to gather essential information.
  • Accurately document lead interactions, insights, and qualification details in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Engage and nurture leads not ready for a salesperson, providing valuable information and periodic follow‑ups.
  • Work with sales enablement, sales representatives and marketing to refine qualification criteria and optimize handoff.
  • Track and report key metrics such as lead conversion rates and source performance.
