The Position

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at Empresa confidencial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research new accounts and identify new contacts.
  • Contact prospects and close new meetings within the defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Execute cold prospecting using email, LinkedIn, texting, and occasional cold‑calling.
  • Schedule meetings for Inside Account Executives.
  • In the first week, learn sales tools and processes, and start researching accounts, sending emails, LinkedIn messages, and texts.
  • By the second week, begin applying the proven process for cold prospecting to secure meetings.
