The key account manager will be responsible for managing our customer relationships and business opportunities across all areas of our portfolio in the country. The role requires strong commercial acumen as well as relationship management skills to develop new opportunities and grow existing accounts. Developing and maintaining effective customer relationships at a senior level to ensure that we are seen as a trusted partner and provider of choice
Creating new sales opportunities through the development of innovative solutions and services which meet customers' needs and expectations
Contribute to the creation, maintenance and enhancement of operational processes and systems to improve overall performance of the team
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Hitachi products and services
Commercial awareness combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in a sales environment
Experience of developing and implementing sales strategies
