Lead sales growth with Voices as the Manager of Sales Development in a hybrid role. Oversee BDR teams and optimize workflows to drive success in sales pipelines.
As the Manager, Sales Development, you'll architect our BDR processes and report directly to the Director, Sales & Business Development. This leadership role requires mentoring and scaling your team while formalizing workflows from inbound to outbound sales. You’ll also have opportunities to enhance our tech stack, using tools like Salesforce for maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design playbooks for BDR inbound and outbound workflows
• Own pipeline generation and lead conversion quotas
• Audit and optimize tech stack for peak efficiency
• Accelerate rep performance with structured coaching
• Collaborate with Marketing on lead quality
