Layfield International is seeking an Inside Sales Executive Representative to support their growing Australian operations.
In this dynamic role, you will serve as the primary internal anchor for their field-based sales team and the main point of contact for customers. Guided by the core Promise to Serve commitment, you will work closely with International Sales, Canadian Production, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to manage the order fulfillment cycle seamlessly.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will involve a mix of customer interaction, order management, and supply chain coordination:
- Internal Sales & Customer Support: Handle incoming telephone inquiries, provide price quotes, send product descriptions/samples, and handle basic customer issues or complaints.
- Order & CRM Management: Enter orders into the ERP system (SYSPRO) and accurately document quotes and customer interactions in Dynamics 365.
