We seek a detail-oriented individual with a minimum of one year’s experience in administration. You will play a key role in generating quotes, shipping orders, and maintaining inventory levels. The position also requires effective communication with couriers to resolve shipping issues and provides post-sale customer service support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process incoming purchase orders promptly
• Generate sales orders, invoices, and shipping documentation
• Coordinate timely shipping arrangements with freight forwarders
• Audit daily transactions and inventory stock levels
• Provide post-sale support and customer service
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of administrative experience
• High school diploma required
• Familiarity with inventory software, especially WinAir
