• Coordinate and schedule service repair and maintenance activities using internal service management systems
• Handle customer enquiries and service requests via phone and email
• Prepare simple quotations and coordinate follow-up activities
• Support service engineers, contractors, and sales teams in daily operations
• Assign service resources based on technical capability and availability
