Sales Coordinator - Supporting Singapore Office

We are seeking Sales Coordinators to join our fast-moving Marine Parts Sales department. You will be based in Malaysia office (Subang Jaya), able to work from Malaysia office remotely, and supporting our operations in Singapore.

Provide support to the Parts Department

• Generating quotations and sales order processing
• Generating Purchase Requisition
• Check and verify accuracy of selling prices and percentage of discount.
• To liaise with Logistics Department for delivery to customer or to vessel when call at port.
• Attend to customers' enquiries by phone.
• To ensure proper e-filing system for easy retrieval of documents / information within the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• SPM, STPM or Diploma in Business or equivalent.
