- Act as the primary inside sales contact for assigned channel partners
- Support partners with pricing requests, product information, order processing, and documentation
- Coordinate onboarding, training logistics, and ongoing partner communications
- Track partner inquiries and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
Sales Coordination & Administration
- Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, contracts, and partner agreements
- Maintain accurate partner and opportunity data in the CRM system
- Coordinate deal registrations, approvals, and discount requests
- Support channel promotions, incentives, and sales campaigns
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Generate regular reports on channel sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts
