Sales Coordinator - Mexico, Theatrical Distribution

Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a Sales Coordinator, Theatrical Distribution for Mexico to support sales and distribution strategies for all theatrical releases in Mexico. This role will coordinate the operational and administrative end-to-end booking process along with the Booking & Distribution Manager. The role also actively supports weekly performance, competitive intelligence and box office analysis. This position reports to the Head of Mexico Theatrical Distribution.

• Upload approved exhibitors’ bookings and holdovers into the system
• Coordinate DCP (Features and Trailers) delivery and/or shipping for booked films, screenings, rating submissions and premieres
• Requests and validates delivery of KDM’s (Key Delivery Message) files
• Coordinate and execute requests for ratings submission for Features and Trailers in Mexico (RTC)
