What you will be doing:
- Support the Sales team by preparing proposals contracts reports BEOs and presentations.
- Coordinate and follow up on client inquiries ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Maintain and update client records pipelines and sales reports.
- Assist in organizing site inspections familiarization trips and client visits on board the QE2.
