In your role, you will contact potential clients, assess their renovation needs, and demonstrate your construction knowledge for successful sales conversions. You will manage your leads through proprietary software and assist clients in making informed design decisions. This consultant position requires strong relationship-building skills and a consultative selling approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and conduct job site visits for assessments
• Measure and photograph sites for proposals
• Help customers choose appropriate materials
• Finalize renovation quotes and close deals
• Maintain organized lead tracking in Buildertrend
Requirements:
• Experience in home renovations and B2B sales
• High organization and detail orientation
