- Develop an in-depth understanding of our new and pre‑owned Ford inventory
- Help customers compare vehicles, features, trims, and available options
- Listen to customer needs and recommend vehicles that align with their lifestyle, budget, and preferences
- Deliver a high‑quality customer experience from initial greeting through vehicle delivery
- Follow up with leads, appointments, and previous customers
