About the Role
As a member of our Sales Strategy and Operations team, you will have an integral role in driving the insights, operations, and strategy that enables Sales to run better, faster, and smarter.
You will be joining the Sales Compensation team as a high impact contributor, gaining exposure to a wide variety of challenges, owning processes, and building data structures that drive the incentive design for our 1,000+ salesforce.
What You'll Do
- Strategy & Planning: pulling ongoing and ad‑hoc analytics for monthly / quarterly business reviews, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Systems & Operations: owning recurrent compensation workflows while identifying and implementing improvements that can help improve efficiency and visibility across core systems.
