About the Role
Revenue Operations is a global team focused on aligning processes, people, and data to drive sustainable business growth. We are looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst with proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing incentive programs within a B2B SaaS environment. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimising compensation structures, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and supporting a rapidly scaling sales and post‑sales organisation expected to grow to 500+ employees next year.
