You will play a key role implementing and managing our Sales Compensation Plans to ensure they drive performance and motivate our sales force to deliver on our business objectives.
Responsibilities
Own and coordinate monthly compensation cycles, accurately calculate and process commissions and bonuses in a timely manner.
Analyze sales performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation plans, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Act as a primary point of contact for compensation inquiries, providing guidance and support to sales representatives and managers on compensation-related inquiries, policies, and processes.
