Purpose
The Sales Compensation Specialist is part of the Sales compensation team within JnJ MedTech. You will be responsible for leading the Southern Region Sales Compensation processes, including variable payments administration, quota setting and changes, and user training. You will maintain, access, and analyze sales data to pay and administer field sales compensation, develop and administer incentive plans, and provide data analysis, performance metrics, and data solutions to improve decision‑making.
