Main tasks:
Collect malt sales generated by LATAM commercial team. Splitting them per segment and considering invoice in USD + amount of customers.Contact customers to coordinate payments, send reminders, and resolve outstanding balances.Work closely with Sales, Finance, to ensure aligned and efficient processes. Analyze customer payment behavior and identify potential risks or deviations.Ensure accurate allocation and reconciliation of incoming payments.Maintain updated records, reports, and collectionKPIs.
